4th Grade Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies
I graduated from Porter High School in 2017 as Valedictorian of my class. I graduated from Northeastern State University in May of 2021 Summa Cum Laude.
I graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. I am double certified by the Oklahoma State Department of Education to teach early childhood grades PK-3rd and elementary education grades 1st – 8th . I am also certified in using Great Expectations classroom methodology.
I attended the Great Expectations methodology workshop in July 2021 and became certified to use these practices in my classroom. I am attending Exponential Growth Math Institute professional development at Northeastern State University starting in the summer of 2023 and extending through the fall.
I have taught 1st grade, 4th & 5th Grade English Language Arts, and this school year I will be teaching 4th Grade Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
I am married to my “high school sweetheart”, Caleb Cox. We will have been married for five years in October 2023. We have a four-year-old son, Cylus, and a one-year-old daughter, Sutton.
I love to spend time with my two children and my family. I played soccer for Porter High School and then attended Seminole State College on a soccer scholarship. I like to do anything involving the outdoors and friendly competition! :)
